Making a Difference! 

At Star of Hope, we believe meaningful work deserves to be recognized. Our Making a Difference Program celebrates employees who go above and beyond to support the people we serve, strengthen their teams, solve problems, and bring our mission to life in everyday ways. Staff are encouraged to nominate coworkers whose actions have made a positive impact, whether through exceptional support, teamwork, creativity, leadership, or simply stepping up when it matters. Selected nominations are highlighted in our staff newsletter and shared across the organization so we can recognize the people behind the work, celebrate successes, and remind one another that even small actions can make a significant difference.
