Refunds

Products may be returned unopened for a refund within 14 days of it's shipping date and will be charged postage fee at our discretion.  Items that are in un-sellable condition, no longer wanted, you changed your mind or you ordered the wrong product will not be refunded.

Please note that we will only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error up to $9.95, unless prior arrangements have been made.  Return your item(s) using UPS ground, FedEx ground or standard U.S. mail.

If you refuse your package, there will be return shipping charge.  UPS, FedEx and the U.S. Post Office charge us for returned items.  You will be charged the original cost of shipping, (even if you received free shipping), plus the cost of return shipping.  Unless we sent the wrong product or made some other error on shipping out your product.

You can expect a refund sent to the credit card company within 14 business days of star of Hope receiving your return.
