We have a diverse group of Leadership staff that are dedicated to Star of Hope and the developmentally disabled.

The commitment of Star of Hope's staff and employees are what really makes us unique.  Our average retention rate is over five years and many employees have worked with the disabled population for more than ten years.

Management

Star of Hope is governed by a Board of Directors and managed by an Executive Director. The Board establishes non-discriminatory policies concerning the program and operation of the organization, monitors business affairs and performs other duties as necessary.
