The Community Inclusion Program serves 15 individuals with both mental and physical disabilities.


                     Services Provided:

•Communication - Adaptive sign language,   
expressive, and receptive language skills,
how to use graphics/picture boards/adaptive
equipment

•Social Skills - Community integration, interpersonal
relationships

•Self-management skills - Personal hygiene, dining,
dressing skills

•Social/Leisure - Movies arts & crafts, community
activities, fitness club, parties & dances, Hollywood Dreams
Club, leisure planning

•Mobility Opportunities - Gain or increase independance
in sitting, standing, and walking with the use of supportive
equipment
